Well, Glenys the Menace and I had our Canadian meet, and you all missed it!

Julia, I feel the same here in the Channel Islands.
Don't even have a clue how many GR members might be over here.
So I will have to have a meet by myself also!!

Awe Stray, I am so flattered. (such a well bought up young lady, and so good mannered). Yer can bring yer mam and the butler, but tell her to leave that Benson one at home. He sounds a big lad, and too big for my garden. LOLOL

Dizzi, thanks for the idea, but I'm like a bottle of old port, and do not travel well.
Florence, I don't think I would like to be there in a hooley, not very keen on that sort of thing. Will be thinking of you, and hope there is not too much damage.

COME DOWN SOUTH FOR A MEET

Julia

Julia Report 5 Oct 2010 08:40

I would love to go to a meet, but they are all so far from where I live. It would be no use me arranging one, as the people from around here on the boards can be counted on one hand, and that includes me. There was a person in Nottinghamshire, (next county, but rivals in these parts), Budgie Rustler, but he is no longer a member. Will just have to take meself to a pub, on me own. Boo Hoo.
