When I'm reading a thread , I try and get back to the main page by clicking on the General topics link (top left above the word Community)
and I get an error message , and get logged out of GR.
I've tried to report this to GR twice on the help page but get no acknowlegement that it has been received.

Has anyone else experienced this problem ?

I think that heading just denotes the board you are on.
To go back the the main boards then click the board you want under Board summary
Or if you want to say on the same board then click on the Board name above the Reply button

I didn't know you could click on that. It doesn't look like a link.
I mean the actual path with the arrows between them above the word Comunity. They are links back.

If you place your cursor on the word community it will give a drop down menu of all boards.

Maybe you misunderstood the question. I'm grateful for suggestions on how to navigate the boards, but I want someone to tell me whether there is a bug when they folllow the method I describe. :)

You are quite correct, it doesn't always work, so yes, there is a bug.

Haha - I just had to try it, and I know it works on other forums, but it didn't want to play on here.
Not only did it come up with an error message, like you Frank I was well and truly signed out!

Thanks everybody for your help. I just hope GR got my message when I filled out the form, there was no reply.

dont know what setup you have but do you not have the box to the left? which has all the board links there?
under board summary?
or you have a drop down list from community( between messages and help)

Bob, I think you missed the point. Links are there to work, and when they don't - its a bug. Just confirming a bug, thats all.

Report it to GR and they will refer it to the technical team to sort it out.

Hi Frank,
Yes it happens to me as well, thought I was the only one.

I do normally click on the above,or go to the left.
Thought I would try the one at the top,I too got logged out.

Hope you understand that,
I nearly was confused at what I had just written.lol!!!!!!!

Actually, that won't happen straight away. First, you will be asked what browser you are using and if your computer is up to date; once you assure them that everything is up to date, then it will be referred to the technical team which has been sorting out quite a few issues recently.

As already mentioned, its been reported, twice. All the required info including trying it with internet Explorer and Firefox has been passsed on. Now we also know that its irrelevant what computer you use or its operating system. Multiple users see the problem, thus its a forum bug.
