I've had an apology from GR, and added credits, as I couldn't use my credits before they ran out. Fair enough, but the home page does look very odd and a total mess!

Mine was blank yesterday - then I found the information way down the page - felt like I scrolled forever.
I refreshed the page and it went back to normal and so far is ok - hopefully will stay that way.

For a couple of days, I lost all my favourites in the records section. I emailed GR to tell them, and they replied yesterday that they couldn't find the fault, but it was still the same this morning, plus I had an almost blank home page, too. It's now all back to normal - very odd. Maybe someone's been doing some maintenance and forgot to put everything back the way it was?

My home page is completely screwed up. All Left hand side under my name is white blank, everything else is on right side and have to scroll down to find updates etc. Total mess.

If you go to your home page (on the left at the top), the Updates are there.

Hi all,
I know GR did some upgrading the other day,but since then I have lost the updates from the people I am in contact with!
Any one else out there with this problem? I usually saw it under my own tree,but now it has vanished!
