Hi all,
i have just opened my bag of Daff's and sme of them had a green mould on them, i have sprayed a fungus fighter on the bulb and planted them in a container..is this the right thing to do....advice please :)

Morning Cane,
Yes this is okey. Many bags of bulbs come this way, because they have been in storage in the shops, warehouses, etc., for a while. So long as the bulbs are hard, they should be okey.
You have just reminded me. I bought some nets of Crocus and Tete - Tete daffodils about a couple of weeks ago, and not got round to planting them. Silly me, I was weeding in the same border yesterday, and completely forgot. My job for the afternoon today, when the sun warms up.
