I am having trouble searching birth records this evening. Every time I press 'view' I am taken to the page where you can up-grade. I cannot look up any birth records. Is anybody else having a problem. Cheers Jayne

Jayne are you looking at the 1911 census records? if you are not an upgraded member it will not allow access.
I have had that problem as well

a gremlin in the works by the sound of it Jayne. Maybe contact GR to see if its just a blip.

it was ok last night and now i too cannot search birth records anyone know why again it asks me to update to platinum????????????

Me too, Gold Member and can't access Birth records - just get bounced to the Platinum Upgrade page. Getting a bit p'd off with it!

I cant access birth records either - keep going to upgrade page. Is there a problem??? I've just taken out Gold membership in last two weeks and don't really want to upgrade - I just want to look at the records!!

Upgraded to
Gold Member from Standard today and can't access Birth records - just get bounced to the Platinum Upgrade page and told to pay an extra £33.34, what!! is going on ???.
Not a very happy searcher.
