I got a letter last week...just had to take it to the Post office with some ID and collect my £22.34....


Every little helps.

Glad to see some of you have some quite substantial sums coming back...

Didn't get round to phoning them, but they have contacted me to say that I am due to get £34 so really pleased.

If so you could be due a rebate...apparently they overcharged their customers..

Rebates can be anything between 50p and £100.00....

i `ve just rung and am due back £20.00 ...not a fortune, buts its my money and apparently they add intrest.
