If student loans only have to be repaid when the recipient of the loan is earning a certain amount of money, what happens if that student gains their degree and then promptly emigrates? |

Good point, but dont know the answer. I dont agree with the high cost of higher education anyway... If we only educate the rich, we are definitely going the wrong way. |
