	Good idea, probably saves them rolling round and breaking. One of my ideas - When I am rolling pastry out, I put a sheet of newspaper under the board to save having to clean flour off of the worktops. Liz

	I had a clever idea today, maybe the first ever. We needed four hard boiled eggs so I used the basket from the chip pan in the saucepan. Need to lie down after that!
