Does anyone know if the address of 9 Witchampton Street, Hoxton New Town in 1903 was a house or the workhouse please? |

Hi Choccy thanks again, this is family of a relative I am looking for, a child was born here but unfortunately from this place in 1904 the whole family did go in Shoreditch workhouse until they left at 14/15 years old. This house was not as crowded as the one they left. The child only lived 6 months in the workhouse and died of pneumonia as did a few on the same page. I am trying to type up the family history and want the correct details. Two things sorted in one day thanks to your. Sandra |
