yes! I often have a snooze when I get home from work at 2pm, I find it recharges my batteries.....I only sleep for an hour but it does me the world of good!

No i dont cos i wouldn't sleep at night ..the only exception being
if i'm ill with my asthma then i can sleep till the cows come home ..lol

I do now, and it means I can stay aake in the evenings and dont get angina from tiredness at bedtime.
