Didn't you know, spuds and carrots come from cans, not the earth.
When my son was about 7 , he had a friend round, and when he saw our veggie patch, was very surprised to see spuds and carrots . Poor child thought they came from cans.!!!!!

The ones I grew and dug were dirty .... did I do something wrong! Some peeps just don't where vegetables come from.

Local farm grows Estima spuds for supermarkets.Also they bag up and sell some,which are excellent for everything,at the farm gate at £5 for a 25kg bag.Somebody brought a bag back because they were dirty!
