does anyone suffer from sleep apnea

I have a similar problem, in that I wake being unable to breathe, and terrified. I have found that sleeping sitting up on 4 pillows, and wearing a nose clip for snoring, that I get it less often. Mine is caused by heart problems. |

My cousin in Canada has this, the doctors have given her a 'Darth Vader' mask to wear at night to help the oxygen flow, she is also trying to loose weight and has raised the top of her bed. |
