recipes please

don't want puff pastry just short pastry and with a gas cooker

Oh you cant beat home made pudding

pastry sc,

flour meat and season,add a smidge of onion.

line a basin with pastry

add meats

add small cup of beef stock

make a lid,

cover with foil

and steam for abt 2 hours.

or just make some sc, roll out a bottom add cooked meat spoonful of beef stock , make a thickish top...,shove in the oven for 25/30mins gas 7

1..TIN OF STEAK & KIDNEY
TIP HOT MEAT IN BASIN
MAKE SUET PASTRY,,(USE DUMPLING MIX )
SHAPE INTO CIRCLE SIZE OF BOWL
ON A BAKING TRAY
COOK IN OVEN
PLACE ON TOP OF MEAT
COVER PUT IN SAUCEPAN OF
HOT WATERTILL OH SEES IT
AN THINKS ITS LIKE MUM MADE
SERVE UP TAKIN G KN IFE OUT OF OH BACK
HE MADE MISTAKE

Foggy I don't have a waitross on my doorstep, actually I don't have one on the same continent.

Cheers Kay and Dizz I would rather do pie than suet pudding. but will keep the recipes for future date.
