Well,I tried to make bread rolls with yeast that truly had seen better days.Oddly enough they didn't rise so I rolled them out thinly and did them on the griddle.Yum,yum and with a bit of Cheddar under the grill they were great.Better than bread rolls really. |

I have some yeast, almost a full tin, which didnt work from the day I opened it, and it was within date too. You have given me an idea, though, thanks. |
