ON RESENT MASTERCHEF AND RAMSEY'S PROGRAMES HAVE YOU NOTICED THAT TRAINED CHEF'S ARE UNDERCOOKING MEAT.
RAMMSEYS ONE RESTURANT HADN'T COOKED THE CHICKEN PROPERLY,THEN AGAIN THEY SERVED THE CHICKEN UNDERCOOKED.
MASTERCHEF HAD THE MEAT SO RED EVEN THE PRESENTER COULDN'T EAT IT.

OKAY I OVERCOOKED THE MEAT AGAIN BUT RATHER OVER THAN UNDER ESPECIALY CHICKEN

my son eats his meat so rare
even the dog wont eat his leftovers
unless i pop them in the microwave before i give her them

I always think professionals undercook meat, whether it is on telly, or in a recipe book. I cook it until I think it is ready.

iv always had my meat cremated,
i did get steak medium, in a resturant bit pink, but i enjoyed it

i couldnt eat it like my brother does,

but lamb pork or chicken has to be cooked properly xxx

I like beef & lamb pink but all other meats cooked well ... especially chicken cos of the chance of food poisoning.
