Local government facing cutbacks

but Manchester City Council appointed new post to manage their Twitter site for £38,000 per yr. What is this twitter I hear about? Does not sound as if it is vital to the area.

Well they need all that money to buy their "Trill" it makes the twitter,twitter more, and they Bounce. just like the Twits that thought up the job.**M**.

its basicly a satus update, 38 a yr, jeeze i would do it for half the price lol x
