Yesterday OH was supposed to go to trafico to transfer what should be our new car over to us and then collect keys and car and hunky dory we are mobile again.

To make life easier as the vendors do not speak English nor will trafico and OH Spanish is un poco he took along a workmate with brilliant Spanish and good knowledge of transfers.

They waited at the entrance to the site for over an hour to be collected before giving up and returning home to make a phone call to them.

The answer - -
The mother's car has broken down and in for repair so she is using it until hers is mended. When will that be ? we don't know. We did phone on Wednesday ...... yeah right they phoned the number OH 1st phoned from which was the switchboard to La Manga Club ..no wonder we never got a message.
So back to the drawing board to find another car. Oh and nor did the chap who was buying our wreck turn up but we saw him yesterday he hadn't had the work he wanted so didn't get the money ...yeah right nice of you to let us know. Mind I informed him that we wouldn't be hanging on to the car and if could get it sold then it would be gone.

Still the bright side of things we took said workmate out for tapas and had a great lunchtime sitting chatting by the sea. (I had never met her before to talk to) .
So not the major disaster it could have been
