Coooeee, i am back Dizzi! I am sporting a neck brace, my left arm is in a sling and i am on crutches, but boy, it was all worth it!! xxx

Hi Dizzi, just a quick one to keep you up to date........so far i have won 2 medals and a trophy. Well worth my six months of training Re: a 3 mile run a day and mountain climbing at weekends! I entered the limbo competition but boy can these "Lulu" girls limbo. So much so, they can bend over backwards so far, they can chew their own toe nails. All i got was a slipt disc! I was disqualified from the Glamorous Granny for being too young!! Erm!! so now its the nobbly knee contest and the Synchronized swimming! Fingers crossed eh? All for now except....it aint arf ot ere!!! Catch up later....Susan xx

I am just off on my Ollybob. I have been in training for the disco dancing queen competition and i am hoping to win at the fancy dress party. The theme is James Bond and i am going as a tea bag! The names BOND! BROOK BOND! Get it??? lol I might also enter the most glamorous granny competition, even though i dont have any Grandchildren! but they dont know that! tee hee! I might win a 6 week holiday in Jamaica or somewhere exotic! Right, i got to rush......it's a long flight from here to St Leonard's!!
