could any body guide me please i am going back to my home town tomorrow and somebody suggested that i could maybe purchase time and look through the indexes to gather information of my relatives thus not having to purchase all the certificates...is this correct please help and many thanks |

I dont think you can look at actual certs anywhere. The local Records Office will hold certs but you have to purchase them . |
