I can't open my tree or my contacts trees a "Script Error" box appears when I try to click on my search box, This has been going on for a couple of weeks. GR Support said originally they were aware of the problem and they were trying to fix it. Now they say it could be my operating system!!! Is anyone else experiencing the same problem or can help me fix it? It's very frustrating.

Sorry you are having problems

Nudge for computer experts. They may be able to suggest something you can do from your end

tried refreshing page, still not working GR support say their Technical team are trying to sort out the problem and to be patient. After 2 weeks it's becoming a nuisance.

Hi Isobel,
Have you tried checking for updates?
On Firefox click help at the top left of the screen, select "check for updates" it may also suggest a plug in update after the Firefox update is done.
Good luck,
Mayfield.

P.S. I use Firefox and no problem at the moment.

Hi everyone
checked for updates but none. Only this site gives me problems!!! Don't know what else to do. GR support tell me that GR techs know about the problem and are looking into it

If you have pop-ups blocked, that sometimes stops you opening your tree.
