Que Sara, Rose. Maybe you can stay for now and if you later feel you have made a wrong decision, another buyer or the ones who offered last week, will get back to you and try again. |

Ok, Rose - but make sure you remember this in a couple of years. Following your heart is so much better than following your wallet! |

Thanks Amanda, Libby and everyone :) I will sleep on it tonight, but you're quite right about that Libby, a couple of years of being settled for D might be the best thing and then I can decide what to do 'for me' after that. |

LOL Rose .....you and I think along the same lines in that respect . When I moved into here ( almost 24 years ago ) I got it as a council exchange . The house itself wasn't aesthetically to my liking but the location was far better than being isolated out in the " sticks " . It was as soon as I moved in here that I was able to indulge in being a Gardener in fact it was a very conscious decisision to " put down roots " ....lot's of them ......lol |

Rose .....it can't be that bad a location or you wouldn't have bought it in the first place would you ? |

It's really tricky. Without going into all the financial whys and wherefores, it makes sense financially to stay here and now we've made the move D wants somewhere to settle and call his own lol. It is just down to location, location, location lol. |

Decide, rather reluctantly but you bite the bullet anyway, to move into house that you have up for sale, which has been up for sale months... |
