hi I'm using Firefox 3.6 my computer constantly messages me to update my Java programme which I have done. I will ask my husband to clear out my browsers temp file cache. This is happening on different computers 2 laptops and 2 tower computers? Will do what you suggested later tonight and keep you posted. thanks

Are you using Firefox or Internet Explorer, and which version?

Mine is working fine. Tree loads in around five seconds, and search pops up with the answer in around two seconds.

The "Unresponsive Script' message is because JavaScript code runs for longer than a predefined amount of time. It could be that your internet connection is running slow, or keeps dropping out. Have you recently added any software especially browser extensions, as these sometimes cause problems.

If you haven't done so recently, clear out your browser's temp file cache. This often sorts out problems such as this. Shutting down your pc and starting up from cold often helps too.

Is anyone else having problems using the search facility on their tree? I can't access mine for any length of time a Warning Message
Box appears "UNRESPONSIVE SCRIPT" I have contacted the Support Team 3 times still not sorted. AM I THE ONLY PERSON ON GR HAVING THIS PROBLEM????//
