Joan, several years ago o.h. kept saying he couldn't stay in touch with his sons easily (they lived a mile away with his ex) cos he was at work so much on shifts. |

Told Oh about those two websites so he chatted to the caller for about 10 mins this morning - even got a tel no out of them a London 0203 one. They rang back again this pm but put the phone down when he told them he had passed the number on to Microsoft. |

This was on the radio this morning. It said that they employ hundreds of people in call centres, they are trying to get you to go to your computer and go to a website which will supposedly test your computer. Of course it shows you that you have a virus even though you don't. Some of the firms are trying to get you to buy fake virus protection. Others want remote access to your computer so they can look for bank account and password details. |
