Sorry but your browser failed to create an image from your tree.
The image could be too large or maybe a newer version of the
browser exists which will create the image correctly.
Second day this message has appeared when entering a name
to find on my tree. HELP please.

Could be a multitude of things.

Couple of questions to start with

1. which browser and version are you using?

2. what is your screen resolution set to?

GR Recommend the optimum resolution is 1024 x 768 and I must admit this is what I find suits me for most other sites too.

I wonder if anyone else is experiencing problems using IE6? It is getting a bit long in the tooth now, the current version being IE8, so it might be worth considering an upgrade.

On the other hand, why not install Firefox, many prefer this to IE and it does seem to be less prone to problems.

I have both IE8 and Firefox installed, but tend to use Firefox most of the time. Current version is 3.6 although v4 is out in beta test.
