	..same as you McB - grades 'reorganised' (though not managers) so I end up losing money, pay freeze for past 3 years. The wholesale cost of Gas went down , but our bills went down significantly less, wholesale cost rises - so do our bills. They're hardly making a loss are they?

	7% from Dec 10th, just in time for crimbo, thieving b*****rds, wait till they anounce their half year proffits, wish i could have a 7% rise, in the real world my pay has gone down around 25% in the last two years.
