Thanks to all who have added helpfull comments and warnings.
The Gold Ancestory Pack should be six certificates and cost me around £120.
The company have now answered my last threatening email and say the package should be ready within about one week.
My fingers are crossed.

I made the mistake of using Vital Certificates a couple of times when I first started my research nearly 2 years ago. The first time the certificate arrived promptly, but the second time it didn't, so I rang them. The man I spoke to was very pleasant and apologetic and I received the certificate within a few days. Cost then was £22.37 inc VAT!

Fortunately, I then read advice on here and realised my mistake. Probably many others have since done the same and business isn't so good for these types of companies now!

It appears the Gold Pack should be 6 certs.

Subjects birth cert
Father's Birth and death
Mother's birth and death
Parents Marriage

Wonder how much they charge for that?

Never heard of them altho google does find them.
Pity you didnt enquire on Genes first cos we could have told you not to go through any other site than the GRO.
If they won't answer then seems you have lost your money. if you paid with a credit card then maybe your C/Card provider will refund you the money for non delivery of goods paid for

Any company that has an address in a business park in Yorkshire is likely to be shifty .

If you need help, try asking on the Trying to find board first it costs nothing .

I am an Italian National living in MIlan and trying to tracemy family history in the UK.
On 30th September I ordered a Gold Ancestory Pack from Vital Certificates who acknowledged the order promising delivery in 8-10 days.
Since then I have received no certificates, no repayment and the company do not answer any information soliciting emails.
Does anybody know what I should do to get delivery satisfaction.
