good news he is allowed home tomorrow, he had a nast infection and had dehydrated thanks for ur well wishes zxxxx

Oh bless him. Never been in hospital before. The older generation seem to have such resilience don't they.
Hope he is now on the road to recovery and your nan is managing. He sounds like a very special person.
Positive thoughts on the way to him.

thanks all what a year , anyway he is sat up in a side room and is comfortable, he has never seen the inside of a hostpital before ever mum says his folder had one piece of paper in, ive heard of people being struck with a nast ear infection with it leading to this type of thingxx

It could be an infection of his inner ear, which causes dizziness and sickness. xx

to say my 90 yr old grandad has collasped could it be a virus he was unballanced and felt sick, i know there has been some nasty ones about its mums dad as you no she has just lost her husband , we realise he is 90 but nan is cripppled with polymyalgia and arthritis and he cares for her
