Hi mate. Have done letter to them, so will wait and see what happens. Just worried now that BT will stop my line rental, as I decided to take it out with AOL.

Hope you ok

Anyone out there who is with aol, please don't ever decide to change your package when they ring you to offer something that seems a good deal.
I have been having the run around from them for over 4wks now, and if wasn't that it would cost me £88 to leave them, I would.
I have just spent another 35mins on the phone to them, and still not got any further. I am sick of speaking to someone in India then being transferred to Ireland.
Seems even a complaint letter must be sent to Southampton then forwarded to Ireland.
Is it just me, or is this double dutch??
