	i dumped AOL " always off line " a year ago, went to BT & not lost connection once.

Member Since: May 2007 Posts: 5,136 Send Message	Anyone out there who is with aol, please don't ever decide to change your package when they ring you to offer something that seems a good deal. I have been having the run around from them for over 4wks now, and if wasn't that it would cost me £88 to leave them, I would. I have just spent another 35mins on the phone to them, and still not got any further. I am sick of speaking to someone in India then being transferred to Ireland. Seems even a complaint letter must be sent to Southampton then forwarded to Ireland. Is it just me, or is this double dutch??
