Have a feeling o.h. was talking to someone about changing things but not sure, I know aol kept calling and he wouldn't stop what he was doing to talk to them, in the end when they called and he was out, I told them if he wanted to speak to them, he would make contact so they haven't called since when I have been around.

I know others who have changed to Talk Talk, and had the most awful hassle.

Didn't know they were linked up with aol tho

Hope you get things sorted out Vicky

LOL Ann.

Hope you are well.

Eddie. Talk Talk and AOL are all the same company now, and I wish I had never heard of them!!

TalkTalk offered me half price for two months if I signed an 18 month contract. Big deal. And after having to deal with Indian call centres to get a fault fixed and barely being able to understand a word they were babbling on about, not a chance in hell. It was such a joy to talk to an Englishman at BT and get them to come and sort my problem.

Anyone out there who is with aol, please don't ever decide to change your package when they ring you to offer something that seems a good deal.
I have been having the run around from them for over 4wks now, and if wasn't that it would cost me £88 to leave them, I would.
I have just spent another 35mins on the phone to them, and still not got any further. I am sick of speaking to someone in India then being transferred to Ireland.
Seems even a complaint letter must be sent to Southampton then forwarded to Ireland.
Is it just me, or is this double dutch??
