I believe I work in the 'bloated hiearchy' - we provide training for care homes - and understand that the majority of those who are actually in the 'front line' have, to a degree, a greater understanding of what's needed than some office bound trainer. |

Funnily enough, I've got a bit of sympathy with the whole idea. If people who really understand how to run services are allowed to make decisions, without a bloated hierarchy behind them, then it's got to be worth a look? Or am I just being suckered in? |
