I don't think there is, is there? If there has been any criticism all I have seen is criticism of the system and why it is unlikely to work.

i think some people cant take rejection
and not getting a star themselves causes ill feeling
personally i think its sour grapes

Julie, I don't think there is resentment...certainly not jealousy ! as most of those raising concerns ( about the practical drawbacks NOT the advisors personally) have either been asked and turned the position down or had the opportunity to volunteer if they wished.

There ARE obvious problems...not least, that no small group of advisors can offer the same breadth of knowledge ( especially when confined to certain records) as the previous 'whole board' approach. :))

I remember when I first started here, the help I had from you and many others... all great and all info part of a big picture ...but the one piece of info that really made the difference came from someone with access to very specific records...which wouldn't have shown up any where else :)
