What has happened to the Search all Trees? I use it to look for possible new matches of a couple of surnames every few days - today I put in a surname (which is the only mandatory field needed), entered 5 days but when I press Search up comes a red message " please enter a valid integer in this field" Now will I have to enter each name and dob about 200 times? Is this another GR "improvement"?

Every time I do it ...it says enter a valid date after 1837

I just checked surname summary and put in 7 days in order to check names added while I've been away.
One surname had 3 additions, so I clicked to see what they were, but was shown pages and pages of other people who have also entered that name.
I can't see how to check who has made the recent additions.

Is this just a glitch ?David

There is a bug at the moment, the filter doesn't work correctly and you get all entries for that name. Presumably it is on the list of things to fix.

In the meantime, there is a workaround.

When your selected name comes up with over 300 entries, on the left hand side of the screen under Amend Search, enter the no of days you want, a year and range, and click Search.

Thanks Inspector. I e-mailed GR and got a reply today - Tech hitch. It seems to be working OK now.

This morning it works for names starting with A and B but goes to 300 names starting with C

I think there is still a problem. Got it to filter for 14 days but the matches nos in my tree have all gone to zero.

Also tried to select another page and it crashed with a server error.
