I think Waitrose stock arrowroot powder. (Haven't checked in the local store though, so I just might be wrong.)

I just did a price check on arrowroot and tubs of it didn't come up, only arrowroot biscuits but you could always call your local store and see, also other local supermarkets. Not listed with Holland and Barrett but you can get it online from several places I think.

There was a further site which said it's available in tubs in Tescos.

Went this morning for barium meal xrays, loss of dignty great but didn't mind the proceedure if it helps me. Shot straight off to hospital resturant where I ate meat pie and CHIPS followed by a lovely chocolate eclair and by did it taste good. Hope next weekend is better. Thanks all Elaine PS am going looking for arrowroot though, wil scour the shops.
