Andy,
I have the same thing in my tree, and quite a few as they came from small villages. I usually put a note in the section underneath.
Not sure there is a way, but if anyone out there does know, would also be grateful for info.

Hi all,

Do you know how I can resolve this issue?

I have been adding a branch of the family where cousins married. This has caused me to end up with a few relations entered twice, once through each branch of the family. How do I connect the entries so as to only have people entered into my tree once? I also don't want to leave blank spaces where they got married.

I have seen something along the lines of John Smith[10] in my tree and this seems to link marriages outside the family, such as after divorce.

Is there some code I'm after?

Can someone help me?

Many thanks,

Andy Cunningham
