I believe there's a bit of a competition between postmen (postwomen would be more sensible) in delivery offices to see who can wear shorts for the longest time, in the coldest weather!

Have they never heard of chilblains?

LOL
when I go to my club for my indoor hobby,
it is in part of a leisure complex......and I am amazed at the "next to nothings" some of the Gym club wear,to and from the car park........they are far braver than I.................and younger, and fitter, and better looking..( specially the females!!)
LOL

When OH was walking the dog this morning
he saw a man in shorts , jacket, scarf and hat, the man
was looking to see how hard the grass was for playing football
for the boys club but told OH that it was too hard .
He said to OH well i'll be off home then and get warm..
