Good idea, the number of times we have scratched around. Thought we were going to need a plumber (and we do actually have a number for one) this morning.
Had a leak in the outside tap where the tap had disconnected from the pipe as it thawed out, despite being well lagged. Anyway OH has sealed it off from inside so hopefully it will be OK, we lost a fair bit of water though, not good as we are metered.

it goes like this " do you have a name of a plumber?" no "i said ~ made me think, now i have a list of all emergency numbers.
