The daylight saving bill has this afternoon been passed in the commons by a large majority. The bill is also known to have large support in the lords. |

The only change that I would like to see is ending the twice annual changing of the clocks itself. |

When this experiment was last on children went to school in the dark for two winters and had to wear fluorescent arm bands. Accidents rate went up and they want to bring it back. |
