Can she prove where she was on the day the photo was taken.

A neighbour of Mums had this happen and there was a slight difference in the colour of the paintwork. Cloned registration number

My sister phoned me tonight.Said she has had a photo of her car a few weeks ago speeding? She lives in Hertfordshire and hubby works in London and can cover himself. She does not work.The photo is coming from a little village in Somerset. Sister has never been there.How can she prove herself? annie
