Had trouble with their tumble dryer during the cold weather, ours is in the garage which is integral so not that cold also has a radiator in it, the elephant trunk hose kept condensating up & eventuatly blocked completly with water, i bought one of those indoor condensor vent kits that claim you can use it without an outside vent, yeh right don't waste your money, they DON'T work. |

If the hose is flexiable then it's not safe to use as lint gets trapped in it and can start a fire in the long run, You need a rigid tube and even then you should clean it out a few times a year. |

No, mine's working fine, and it's also in a very cold garage, it's been between -7 and -14 degrees here in Scotland. Hope you manage to get it sorted McB. |
