We loved the performance, thanks, can't wait to see it again on TV, although like all theatre shows it's always nicer live.

I went to the Royal Variety Performance on Thursday night in London. (No, we didn't see any trouble.)

On the way out we ended up by the huge lorries removing the Take That stuff My friends and I were thrilled and we hung around a bit but saw none of them: eventually some thugs called us bimbos and shoved us out of the road.

The youngest of us is 52 and some of us are grandmothers`; we are all flattered!!!
