This hot, humid weather I run (not the right word) around in the altogether and if I go into the bathroom and look in the mirror I see my mother in her old age and think "please, no". |

Hi love, I really do not eat much these days but altho my shape has changed a little, ( a tiny bit less apple shaped lol) my weight has stayed the same for years, I fluctuate day by day to the extent of 5 lbs which seems really odd. |

Hi Liz. I must have the double dose of the genes. I dont think I have ever felt genuinely hungry, but I know how to eat. However, I have managed to lose about 5 kg since I started to weigh myself and watch what I ate last May, and doing a little more exercise. Not that the weight loss is obvious yet. :(((( Perhaps we need to have a competition to see who can lose the most weight! |
