Don't go in Starbucks at all (well once when there was nothing else and found their coffee not nice at all.) |

Perhaps instead of standing in judgement and yes on the face of it, if they charged for water it is terrible but ask why it happened. As in most fast food outlets it is manned by 'children' who only understand the rules as they would at school. The managers are usually some 20+ whiz kid so experiencing anything outside the 'normal' is something that youngsters haven't got, ...the experience of life. As adults we should have learned about taking responsibility and in days gone by a manager would be a mature person who could change the rules immediately because they were confident that they were doing the right thing. A 'child' manager whether in a fast food outlet, social work or banking work by their rules as they have experience their short lives, and we have all seen some of those results .....apart from that why bring up the Twin Towers after all this time?. |

We had a book fair in school lately and Starbucks DONATED the coffee!! Large pump action flasks - there was more than anyone could ever drink - all we had to do was serve it. Apparently they donate to schools for things like that - they may also give to church groups etc so they aren't all bad! |

Sorry Bob, I rarely disagree with what you say but your post is a bit aggressive. All you needed to add was the last part of your post. Most of us are aware that this one has been around a while but no need to be nasty about it, be polite. |

I don't use Starbucks since the day I was refused use of the toilet during opening hours because it was being cleaned with bleach. |
