How wonderful of 'It's my Telly' Such a lovely person to have around. All no doubt down to his dear, dear wifey.
My cushions, me dahlin' are in very tasteful shades of deep red and cream. Quite nice and bright, and not at all dwab.. I can't do dwab, it makes me hit the bottle. The matching curtains I shall make in the holiday period.

Sounds very cosy and fetching. Always wanted a big kitchen with aga and large table in centre. Also a hall big enough for a christmas tree. Having lived in 23 houses the closest I came to an aga was a coke boiler in kitchen to warm water and I did have a table in there but not a gigantic one!

Chris, I have always wanted a house that big, and with the Christmas tree in the Hall. I do have the Aga though.
I have now finished the cushions.
The other day I was in L**** A ley, and they had a cushion reduced from £30 to £18. I looked at it, and there was nothing about it to warrent that kind of price.
Next day, went to another town and for £18, got enough fabrics to make four designer cushions, and two table coverings, aswell as 6 wooden buttons for another of my projects, and 2 reels of sewing thread. A couple of afternoons worth of work, was all it took.
They do look nice, even if I say so myself. LOL
