You could try to download it to your computer as a Jpeg and play around with it on your photo manager programme.

Alternatively, as RR has suggested, give the details and someone wtih a sub to another site can have a look for you.

As Jill says, but have you tried copying the image and then magnifying? sometimes indistinct writing can be worked out better if viewed in 'my pictures' for example.

You could ask for a look up in case someone else can read it on another site if that helps I am happy to do so.

You could complain to the site in question.

If you're paying by credits you could ask for a refund for those images.

What can be done if the writing on the forms are so faded they are ilegible having already used credits on them ? Any answers? Thank you Marje
