Aw, that sounds lovely and glad you and o.h. could share it nicely lol I think it was probably better for hubby than the dogs, you might have had more mess to clear up afterwards.

All the best for the New Year and hope he doesn't have to work too hard and you can find some time to celebrate.

Hi Liz,

OH got the dinner bless, mind he's working extra over the New Year so I guess they couldn't really pull him in on xmas day !

We had a great dinner duck breasts, pigs. yorkies honey roast veggies and all the trimmings was quite pleased with myself ..hence the reason it would have been in the dog if he hadn't been home for it lol

First we thought OH had xmas day off yipee went me, where shall we go ? Nah we decided maybe stay home yep a great idea.

Then it was OH may have to work xmas day , cancel all plans just incase then ......

Final decision on Sunday YIPEE he has not only Xmas day off BUT Xmas Eve off also ..okay a bit late in the day to arrange much but 2 days off together was going to be great, we were going to prep so much tonight and all that stuff

After a phone call an hour ago yep he's gone to work
*sighs* I knew it was too good to be true, I am just so glad that I hadn't arranged anything set in rock. I'm now just hoping that he doesn't get home tonight and say he's working tomorrow because the dinner really will be in the dogs !
