I just did as requested and have just received an out of office reply from Kspinks of Brightsolid part of findmypast.co.uk.
So is this contest being done just to gain new recruits for findmypast site and is this part of Genes reunited if so why would I want to have findmypast as well ???

would not be at all surprised which is why I did not enter. Then I have become both cynical and suspicious with age, apart from which I thought the prize was lousy especially in view of all the info they would be gathering.
