Jules, What a bloody cad!!!! Could not belive what I was reading, no food or drink prepared for you.........what is he thinking?

Please make sure you have plenty of fluids at least, I hope you are on the mend now after what must have been a miserable xmas for you.

Poor Jules I hope you soon feel better and that you have the strength to deal with the other sort of swine when you do. I assume there is no justice and he hasn't caught it?

Hi Jules ~~

Hope the antibiotics have kicked in hun and you are feeling a bit better.
Keep up the fluids.

There is another thread similar to yours which I have spoken on, I don't want this one to get whoosed, but what a sh*te of a hubby, not to take care of you.
From what you say your symptoms are ... I think you are far from fine.

Hope you have some family close that can help :)

Thanks guys....No family near im afraid....

Have just had a shower for the first time in days and even washed my hair...Dont know where I got the energy from but I did it!! Feel clean now....Husband has gone out again, this time into town!! Lucky me....He even asked me if I wanted anything. good job I was sitting down at the time....Well thats only 7 days to late!!

Yes we live in army housing....The girls are keeping well away as they dont want to catch anything!!!! I dont blame them really as most have young children....

Right me hearty Troop. We ladies must stick together! We are on a mission this evening. Our mission is to keep Jules entertained during the course of the evening, whether she likes it or not! She can always ignore us if she's not up to it. So, i suggest we all pop in from time to time and check on how she's doing.

I'm here, or just about....not bothering with free searches and it took me 25mins to load one 1911 census, so I gave up....Im just sitting watching tv, husband is on home pc in the diningroom.....
I think I will be in bed before midnight!!

Mine poured the small amount of Bailey's back from his glass to mine and toasted the new year with a glass of water and went to bed at twenty past midnight !

He brought me a cuppa when he got in from work at 2.30pm and then left me while he did what he wanted, didn't bring anything else up so I too had to get down and get myself another drink and something to eat. I had told him I still felt rough and my glands were up near my ears, so I am obviously still fighting the bugs he kindly passed round last week. Place will need fumigating with the way he coughed over everything and everywhere.
Then he asked what I was cooking for dinner, I suggested he go out for fish and chips but no luck so I ended up cooking, at least it meant I got a good meal inside me.
