looking for ethel naylor in 1901 census

Ethel naylor appears in the 1911 census but not in the 1901 census.
My family in 1901 lived at 33 luton street ,attercliffe ,sheffield.
john naylor 28 years old
hannah naylor 38 years old
may naylor 8 years old
florrie naylor 6 years old
minnie naylor 4 years old
john naylor 6 months old was my Father.
Ethel naylor was born in 1898 in dewsbury
can any one tell me where she was in 1901 please?

I noticed that on the 1901 census Winnifred was 3 years old the same age as Ethel. Did you find Winnifred on the 1911 census? Could it be the same person? Winnifred Ethel for example?

Edit sorry was looking at the wrong 1901 census.

It was Minnie and she was 4 so about a years difference to your Ethel.

so will probably be recorded as age 2 in 1901.

In the 1911 census it says 5 children born to the marriage, 4 living, 1 died. It then lists 5 children.
Because Hannah is a lot older than John, I am assuming that possibly May is from another marriage, not that Ethel is extra. But it just gives something else to think about (because I cannot see Ethel in 1901)
