I always keep some of my vegetables in the garage to keep them cool - and this year, for the first time ever, my potatoes have been frozen. Are they still alright to use? If so, what are the best ways to use them? |

Try bringing one or 2 indoors to thaw out naturally. I rather suspect they will go mush and smelly. If in doubt, use your nose (seriously). If they seem fine, they probably are and could be used normally. |

Yes Liz, if they look and smell normal, they will be fine. |
