Why, good morning to you too Noallaig, me dahlin'. Thank you for the information. I do so want to commit the deed on the correct date, as I will be away for a CT Scan on Tuesday, and thought I would miss the event. I do not want to incur the wrath of the tree elves. LOLOL
SueMaid, surely not the Baileys at this time of morning, and the Sabbath too. LOL

*sighs....no Miss Sue, I can see you aint a tree hugger...lol...In olden times, before you were born, ahem, them little tree spirits were taken inside to rest among the holly and ivy because of the cold weather outside. But if they stayed too long they might start flinging baubles around or summat....See? BC XX

5th January is what I've always known as the 12th day of Christmas.

Good morning Julia:-)) It says in my little witchy book that decorations should be taken down on the night of Wednesday, 5th It's to stop them pesky tree elves from getting up to too much mischief, I believe! lol

Would someone please be kind enough to tell me the proper date/day of 12th night this year, so that I can take my decorations down at the appropriate time.
